Monument Capital Partners advises a Virginia-based computer network operations and cybersecurity operations services company serving the U.S. Federal government Intelligence Community (“IC”) on its sale to Black ICE (dba Bogart Associates), a member of the CM Equity Partners family of companies. This add-on acquisition provides managed cybersecurity services, IT network security assessments, custom application development, and training and compliance services. This acquisition, including 16 full and open contracts across several IC agencies, strengthens and expands Black ICE’s position and capabilities within the IC.
